I live in Puerto Rico and New York. My husband has health insurance in Puerto Rico and I am on his plan. I just found out I am pregnant and we will probably have the baby in New York, I need to find health insurance here. Is it legal for me to get health insurance in New York in addition to Puerto Rico? Or do I have to cancel my health insurance in PR and open health insurance here until we go back down? Thank you for any insight.
