I have a plan where there is a deductible of 3k that I have already hit. I am going to see a doctor who is in network. Since I have already met my deductible, I am under the assumption that my insurance will start kicking in with payments. If I were to get a procedure done around December of 2021, but the statement was only processed in January or later of 2022, would my insurance still cover the cost since I had met my deductible at the time the procedure was done? Or would my deductible reset and I would have to pay the whole thing even tho my procedure was from the previous year.
