Question about PA Medical assistance

I am currently on medicaid in PA. I am starting a job in december and i will outearn the medicaid threshold, so im assuming i’ll be kicked off of medicaid. I need medicaid to pay for a surgery at the end of 2022, but I need to save up in the beginning of the year to pay for the recovery of this surgery. My plan is to work the first half of 2022 and save up around 8,000. Then I wanna go part time and reenroll in medicaid so I can get the surgery. Will this look sketchy? Am i abusing the system, or does eligibility only care about the income that im making when i apply? Thank you!
