Should I worry about choosing a primary care provider based on that average cost if the estimated out-of-pocket is the same?

I’m currently choosing a new primary care provider with United Health Care provided from my employer. It’s a PPO plan paid by my company.

I see some providers have an above average cost and some with a below average cost. However, the estimated out-of-pocket is the same for both. Should I worry about choosing one or the other based on the average cost?
