I am low income and in serious need for health insurance, but I can’t seem to navigate the Healthcare . gov website. Can anyone here give me a phone number that I could perhaps try? Or some other form of contact?
For some reason the website is not even letting me log in, even when I change the password. It’s not recognizing me and I don’t know why. I can’t even delete my account, or contact anyone.
I don’t get health insurance with my retail job, but I really need coverage as I absolutely need to see an ophthalmologist as soon as possible for concerning vision issues (and absolutely cannot afford to pay out of pocket).
Any advice would be highly welcome! I’ve never shopped for healthcare before and I am not sure what my choices are, as I am female/28/low income in Georgia with no spouse/kids.
