Hello from Texas. I got my wisdom teeth removed after being given a quote for $600 (I have a paper with this and the doctor’s name). That number is from my insurance company after I gave the doctor my insurance id. Fast forward to today, insurance denied the claim as out of network and I am on the hook for $2900 more. At no point was I told that it was out of network. Insurance even quoted it as in network. Am I just screwed?
