Does 100% coinsurance mean that the insurer provides for 100% of costs or the patient must pay for 100% of costs?
2) If it’s the latter, and if the patient has to pay for 100% of costs, is the maximum they’ll be charged for in this plan the OOPM ($6350) and no more than that?
