Which other state marketplaces besides Florida still offer an individual plan with a nationwide network for non-emergency use?

I learned recently that the Florida marketplace offers plans through FloridaBlue (BlueCross BlueShield of Florida) – BlueSelect and BlueOptions. In Florida, they function as an EPO. But outside of Florida, they function as a PPO utilizing the BCBS “BlueCard” network that gives you real nationwide in-network coverage for comprehensive emergency AND non-emergency use. There are other BlueCross Blue Shield plans that say they use this BlueCard network, however, they in fact only use it for emergency use which is useless since I intend to receive comprehensive non-emergency medical care outside my state.

Similar plans to BlueSelect and BlueOptions existed in other states through each state’s BlueCross BlueShield subsidiary company, but over the years, they’ve been cancelled and/or reduced to HMO plans with no nationwide coverage and narrower networks even in-state. I’ve so far seen that Texas and Nevada scrapped these similar plans.

To save myself some time researching before I research all plans in all 50 states, are there similar plans to BlueSelect/BlueOptions in other states or is Florida the last man standing? Are there other large insurance providers that I should look at, besides for BCBS that would offer a similar nationwide PPO network to their ACA individual plans?

I’m self-employed and plan to move to whichever state would still allow me to purchase one of these plans.
